Managing Users on a Nominode

Adding a New User

Any person that you would like to add to your Nominode must have a Nom Nom Data account.  New accounts can be registered at https://my.nomnomdata.com/user/register

  1. Open https://my.nomnomdata.com and click on the Login button in the upper right hand corner of the website.
  2. Log in using your Nom Nom Data account.
  3. Select Nominodes under the Manage menu in the upper right hand area of the website.
  4. Click on the name of the Nominode where you would like to add new people.
  5. Click on the Add User button in the Users section of the page.
  6. Type in the e-mail address associated with the Nom Nom Data account of the person that you would like to add.
  7. Select the Role (Admin or User) that will determine the person’s level of access for this Nominode.
  8. Click on the Add User button.
  9. The person that you have added will receive an e-mail invitation with instructions for how to access your Nominode.

Each Nominode has a unique list of users. New users need to be added individually to each Nominode that you would like for them to access.

Modifying Existing Users

  • There is currently no way to modify information within existing user accounts.

Deleting Users

  1. Open https://my.nomnomdata.com and click on the Login button in the upper right hand corner of the website.
  2. Log in using your Nom Nom Data account.
  3. Select Nominodes under the Manage menu in the upper right hand area of the website.
  4. Click on the name of the Nominode where you would like to remove people.
  5. Locate the username of person that you would like to remove in the Users section of the page.
  6. Click on the Remove (or Revoke, if the person has not yet accepted their invitation) button in the Delete column for the username.
